What Are Healthy Fats: Readable Version

Healthy fats, what are they? So we have saturated fats, which are the ones where we're trying to avoid. Those are the bickies, cakes, fried foods, things we get from a takeaway. No, that are fried or hot things where we know that they've probably got a lot of saturated fats there.

So the ones, the good healthy fats that we're trying to have more of are those unsaturated fats like fish, seafood, nuts, seeds, virgin olive oil, avocado, all of those things. So what we try and do now with our salads, we try and have a drizzle of virgin olive oil in there and just trying to get those sort of fats in. But even the good fats, you can have too many of those sometimes and it can not be good for your body.

So again, one thumb size with every meal is a good indication of what to do and yeah, just gives you a little bit of an overview of what good fats are.
