INGREDIENTS for Green Smoothie:
Ingredient quantities can vary according to preference or servings.
Lemon Juice
Kale
Cucumber (any variety)
Celery
Avocado
Apple
Mint
Water

EQUIPMENT NEEDED for Green Smoothie:
High speed blender.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED for Green Smoothie:
Place all ingredients in blender or container.
Add water sparingly at first, then more to get preferred consistency.
Then blend and enjoy.
