Whether you’re just starting your fitness journey or have been training for years, your mindset is what will keep you strong for life. This challenge is designed for any grandma (or woman 50, 60 & beyond) who wants to prioritise her physical and mental strength. Desires to stay independent and avoid physical decline. Is committed to being a support, not a burden, to her family. Wants to build confidence, grit, and the mental toughness to keep moving forward.
This challenge incorporates scheduled WORKOUTS every third day starting from DAY-2 for those yet to start their functional strength transformation journey.

Nutrition Reset

This challenge is designed for any grandma (or woman 50, 60 & beyond) who wants to take control of their nutrition and build sustainable, healthy eating habits.
With a set daily nutrition habit challenge, and daily bite-sized nutrition insights, you’ll not only improve your eating habits but also gain a deeper understanding of how food supports your overall well-being.
